A joyyous Victorian needlework canvas depicting a vibrant and colourful matrimonial vase of flowers. It is dated 1896 and was commissioned as a wedding gift, bearing two initiala of the bride and groom.
Remarkably, the colous have remained intact as they would have been when this was newly created. This lovely piece of needlework has been framed within an elegant gilt wood frame under glass. It now makes for a very strinking piece of art work that would sit well in any period or contemporary setting.
