Rare Heinrich Vogel Automotive Suspension Training Model – German Driving School, c.1950s–1960s
A rare and highly decorative German automotive teaching model by Heinrich Vogel, München, designed for professional driver and mechanic training.
This finely engineered demonstration model illustrates the operation of an independent front suspension, steering geometry, spring and shock absorber movement through a fully functioning mechanical linkage. Mounted on its original wooden presentation base with the maker's plaque and official driving school inspection label from Nordrhein-Westfalen, it represents an exceptional piece of mid-century automotive educational equipment.
The model retains its original blue, red and black paintwork and operates smoothly, making it equally suitable as a collector's item, workshop display or industrial design statement.
Increasingly difficult to find, Heinrich Vogel training models were produced in relatively small numbers for technical schools and driving instructors and rarely appear on the open market today.
A superb addition to any collection of automobilia, engineering models, vintage educational equipment or industrial antiques.
Condition: Very good original vintage condition with light cosmetic wear consistent with age and use. Original finish throughout. Mounted on its original display base.
A rare opportunity to acquire an authentic piece of German automotive history.
