This is not my normal fare but it's quality and design shine through. Carved beech wood lined in mahogany painted and then water gilded with three drawers and a brushed velvet insert top. It is made around 1950 and fits into the genres of Hollywood, or Mid century and adds glamour and style to any interior though admittedly a large Parisian apartment would do best. Exceptional carving and guilding and originating in London.
