Lovely early to mid C19th arch top flat based mirror with the typical Louis Philippe almost rectangular shape. This period mirror with original mercury plate has a rubbed back, almost scrapped finish with a mix of the original water gilding, red back ground and later green paint giving a unique and highly decorative finish. In good condition (minus back boards, so less depth off the wall). The plate well foxed & distressed.
